Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

VODcraft is operated by barhighmedia under the brand EndureSB, Ontario, Canada. We operate vodcraft.gg and app.vodcraft.gg. Privacy inquiries: info@vodcraft.gg

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Account Information

• Email address — collected on signup or via Google/Twitch OAuth
• Display name and avatar — pulled from your OAuth provider with your permission
• Authentication tokens — stored securely via Supabase Auth
• Account tier and credits — subscription status, plan level, and Express Credit balance

2.2 Content You Submit

• VOD transcripts — text you paste or fetch for analysis (processed in real-time, not stored as raw text)
• Video/audio clips — files uploaded to Clip Lab (temporarily stored, deleted within minutes of analysis)
• Creator Intent settings — your genre, platform, vibe, and goal preferences
• Custom loadouts — saved intent presets tied to your account
• Analysis history — summaries of past analyses (grade, clip count, timestamps)

2.3 Payment Information

We use Stripe for payments. VODcraft never stores your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data under PCI DSS Level 1 standards. We only store your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status.

2.4 Technical Data

• IP address (rate limiting only, not stored long-term)
• Browser/device type (UI optimization)
• Vercel deployment logs (30-day retention for error monitoring)

5. Data Security

• All data encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
• Row Level Security ensures users can only access their own data
• API keys stored as encrypted environment variables, never in code
• Clip files deleted from storage immediately after analysis
• Passwords hashed using bcrypt via Supabase Auth

6. Your Rights

All Users

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction: Request we correct inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request we delete your account and data
• Portability: Request your data in machine-readable format

EU/UK Users (GDPR)

• Right to object to processing, restrict processing, and withdraw consent
• Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

California Users (CCPA)

• Right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used
• Right to delete personal information
• Right to opt-out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information

7. Cookies

• Authentication cookies: Set by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in. Strictly necessary.
• No advertising or tracking cookies. We do not track you across other websites.

8. Children's Privacy

VODcraft is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact info@vodcraft.gg if you believe a child's data was submitted.

9. Changes

We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

Terms of Service

1. The Service

VODcraft is an AI-powered content strategy tool for gaming streamers, operated by barhighmedia / EndureSB, Ontario, Canada, accessible at app.vodcraft.gg.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use VODcraft
• If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining your account security
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us at info@vodcraft.gg immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

4. Content You Submit & Your Content Responsibilities

VODcraft is a tool you use to process content you provide — your stream VODs, transcripts, uploaded clips, any music you add, and the clips you create and export. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, create, download, and publish using VODcraft. By using the service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own, or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to, the source material you process — including the Twitch, YouTube, or other VODs and streams you submit (typically your own channel's content);
• You have the rights to any third-party material contained in or added to your clips, including background or added music, sound effects, game footage, on-screen content, and the voices or likenesses of any other person;
• Any music or audio you upload to add to a clip is owned by you or properly licensed, and you accept full responsibility for any royalty, performance, or copyright obligations arising from it;
• Your use of the content — and any clip you download, schedule, or publish to a third-party platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) — complies with that platform's terms and all applicable laws.

By submitting content you grant VODcraft a limited, non-exclusive license to process it, and to send it to our third-party AI and infrastructure providers (e.g. Anthropic, Google Gemini, AssemblyAI, Deepgram, Cloudflare) solely to provide the service to you. We claim no ownership of your content. We do not review or moderate the content you process.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use VODcraft to generate illegal, harmful, or hateful content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy VODcraft's prompts, algorithms, or business logic
• Use automated bots or scripts to make bulk requests
• Share account credentials outside of authorized team plan seats
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or abuse free tier
• Resell or redistribute VODcraft's outputs as a standalone service

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans bill monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime from your account panel — access continues until period end
• Applicable taxes (including HST for Ontario, Canada) added at checkout automatically
• Prices in USD unless otherwise stated
• Pricing changes communicated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

8. Intellectual Property

Ours: The VODcraft platform, brand, UI, prompts, and analysis system are owned by barhighmedia / EndureSB. You may not copy or create derivative works without written permission.

Yours: You retain full ownership of submitted content and the analysis results generated from it. We claim no ownership over your transcripts, clips, or AI-generated outputs.

9. Third-Party Independence

10. Limitation of Liability

• VODcraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated analysis

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VODcraft, barhighmedia / EndureSB, and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the content you submit, create, download, schedule, or publish using VODcraft; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; or (c) your infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other right of any third party. This includes, without limitation, copyright or licensing claims relating to source VODs, music, or other material in your clips, and claims arising from where and how you publish your clips.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for repeated or serious copyright infringement (see our Copyright & DMCA Policy). You may delete your account anytime via the account panel or by emailing info@vodcraft.gg.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Ontario courts.

14. Changes

We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

Refund Policy

Subscription Plans

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, email info@vodcraft.gg for a full refund. No questions asked.

After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and retain access until period end.

Express Credits

Non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of technical failure on our end where a credit was consumed but transcription was not delivered.

Technical Failures

If VODcraft experiences a technical failure resulting in a failed analysis and your credits were consumed, email info@vodcraft.gg. We will restore credits or issue a refund at our discretion.

Third-Party AI Compliance

• Anthropic: Complies with Anthropic's Usage Policy
• Google Gemini: Complies with Google's Gemini API Terms
• AssemblyAI: Used under AssemblyAI's commercial API terms

Prohibited AI Use

• Generating hateful, harmful, or illegal content
• Analyzing content you do not own or have rights to
• Reverse engineering VODcraft's prompts or analysis system
• Building a competing service using VODcraft's outputs or business logic

Account Deletion

Email info@vodcraft.gg — subject "Delete My Account". We confirm within 3 business days and complete within 30 days. Payment records retained as required by law.

Copyright & DMCA Policy

1. Your Responsibility

VODcraft is a tool that processes content you provide and create. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the source VODs, music, and any other material in the clips you make, download, schedule, and publish. We do not host a public library of user content — exported clips are stored only temporarily for your own download (see the Data Retention Policy).

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content processed or made available through VODcraft infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at info@vodcraft.gg (subject: "DMCA Takedown") including:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g. a clip link or account);
• Your contact information (name, mailing address, email, and phone number);
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on its behalf.

3. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake; your contact information; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada (or, where required, your local district).

4. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
